"30 A1" BUILDING IN THE "S.GIULIA COMPLEX"

Detail Design and Site Supervision for the realisation of the new office and commercial building in the "Santa Giulia Complex"

The building is composed by four parts joined by the same roof-top.
The ground floor is dedicated to shops and commercial spaces, offices start at the first floor, that is accessible by panoramic lifts, escalators and the main entrance stairway. The 2-level basement hosts the parking facility.

The primary cooling power will by supplied by the roof-mounted thermo-cooling station consisting of 3 total-heat-recover heat-pumps able to deliver both the cold and the hot water during the summer and the mid-season.

During the winter the heating water for the whole building will be produced by a 1.500kW plate heat exchanger supplied by the local energetic company.
