Preliminary, final and semi detail design of M&E plants for the refurbishment of the Office Building in Rome Via Cristoforo Colombo 424/428

Office Building (24.000 sq.m) designed to be rented to a single or multiple tenants.

The building is served by a HV/LV transformer station with 3x1600kVA transformers (2+1 spare), a refrigeration station with 2x1200kWF air-cooled chillers, a heating power station with 2x1000kWT burner located on the roof, a water/air 4-pipes/primary-air fan-coils air conditioning system and secondary electrical plants.

The workplaces power feeding is excluded and is to be tailored on the renter needs.

The building features a 4.000sq.m garage and storage area.

M&E plants are arranged for a future 1.000sq.m canteen/kitchen at the ground floor.
