Detail design and Site Supervision for the new offices/stores building in via Motefeltro 4.

Multifunctional (production and offices) 12 stories tower.

Electrical plants are structured to allow the complete re-configuration of the building.
The lease management can dynamically change, without modifications to the backbone or the switch-boards, from a floor-by-floor configuration to a multi-story or whole-building for a single tenant configuration.

The primary cooling power is produced by a cooling station in the basement. The two refrigerators are working in parallel and their nominal rate is the 50% of the entire building load. The refrigerators' evaporative towers are installed at the 11th floor and their exhaust is conveyed to the roof by galvanised ducts.

The heating power is produced by 2 high-efficiency gas-fired boilers in the heating station located at the 11th floor. Each boiler's nominal rate is the 50% of the entire building load.
