Detail design and site supervision of M&E plants for the refurbishment of the office complex called "Building Center" owned by Gruppo Generali Immobiliare

Complete refurbishment of all the M&E plants of the two buildings for a total volume of 40.000 cu.m.
Each building is divisible in different rentable premises.
The electrical system is divided in "common parts" (frigorific/thermal stations, air conditioning system, elevators, etc.), fed by the own transformer station, and "rentable premises" fed in low tension by the power provider.
The climatization costs assessment is calculated by calories-meters.
