Detail design and site supervision for the development of Phase 1 (builgings 1, 2-3, 9) of the new new Management Centre "Maciachini Centre" in Milan, sito tra Via Crespi, Via Imbonati, Via Bracco e Via Bovio.

This intervention represents the kick-off of multi-step total recuperation project of the area where facility and offices of Società farmaceutica Carlo Erba were located.

Phase 1 concerns re-construction of buildings n° 1 and 2-3 (3 e 4 stories), thorough revamping of building n° 9 (4 stories) and a basement parking available for the all development.

The design philosophy was to support the Client in his strategy of multi-tenant management of the buildings, and provide maximum flexibility in offices partitions by future tenants.

Each building is completely independent in terms of production and distribution of hot and chilled water through high efficiency heat-pumps supported in especially cold days by a shell and tube electrical heat exchanger.

At each level it is possible to fit a meter board for hot, chilled and cold sanitary water.

Offices air conditioning is operated by ceiling concealed canalised FCU with inlet and outlet plenum acoustically insulated and suitable (inlet) for electrostatic filter unit.

Air humidifiers work with high pressure osmotized water and ceramic nozzles.

Each building is equipped with a couple of machine roomless lifts, one with special 3000 mm high car and reversible ceiling especially studied for removals.

The basement park is equipped with sprinkler and forced ventilation as required by fire regulations.
