Detail design and site supervision for the complete building and plants refurbishment of the RAS owned building rented as offices, shops, residence and garages.

The refurbishment, carried out in different steps, took place in all the different areas of the building (offices, shops, residence and garages).

The intervention has involved the remaking of technological stations, distributive systems, and all the electrical and mechanical end users.
