Detail design and site supervision for the building and plants refurbishment of the RAS owned building in v.le Monza, Milan.

The intervention includes the complete refurbishment of plants and offices.

The intervention, in different steps, faces operative difficulties due to the contemporaneous presence of RAS personnel and RAS lodger (companies, shops and bank).

Plants are dismantled and replaced keeping the service up and running.
