Detail design and site supervision for the realisation of M&E plants in the new office building / work centre / telephone exchange in Milan, via della Boscaiola.

The air conditioning system is of the water/air type, 4-pipe fan-coils, fresh air. The water circulation system to the fan-coils is of the variable water volume type to allow different operation hours according to each users need (offices, work centres, data processing centre, telephone exchange) without any further energy and/or management burden. The plant is completely modular and totally re-configurable.
