Detail design of M&E plants for the complete refurbishment / enlargement of the building used as telephone exchange and offices, in Milan Bicocca.

The work faces the complete refurbishment and enlargement of the existing building.
In detail, the enlargement consists in two underground floors below the existing building (garages, technological stations, kitchen, 120-seats mess-room), and in the raising of the existing structure, up to a total of 6 off-ground floors (telephone exchange, offices, chilling station).
The design of M&E plants has been developed to allow the works execution with the telephone exchange in continuous service.

1.000kVA from 1 GenSet
500kVA from UPS (2 250kVA UPS)
