Testing of M&E plants in the polyfunctional complex in Rozzano (Milan).

The complex includes office buildings, telephone exchanges, laboratories, storage, EDP centres for a total volume of 340.000 cu.m.
The test has been executed by functional inspections and researches about rules compliance as far as the different sub-systems are involved (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire extinguishing, elevators, supervision, and special plants).
Functional tests with anomaly simulation have been carried out to analyse the plant reliability of technological systems supporting the telecommunication equipment.
