Detail Design and Site Supervision of M&E Plants for the complete refurbishment of the skyscraper called GE/S.VINCENZO and used as Offices, telephone exchange and annexed services in Genoa, via S. Vincenzo

The skyscraper is formed of 2 underground floors (garages) and 27 off-ground storeys (25 office storeys and 2 for technological stations).

The intervention took place with the apparatuses in continuous service.

The carriage entrances and the garage ventilation holes are protected with an anti-flooding system with motorized bulkheads operated by oleo-dynamic command.
